## KnowMeQ ArchieCPL Fall/Winter Pilot Campaign (September to October 2026)

We are accepting applications from community colleges and universities for our ArchieCPL Fall/Winter Pilot Program.

Three institutions will be selected to receive ArchieCPL (our AI-supported Credit for Prior Learning platform) with no platform fee throughout the Fall and Winter semesters.

- Campaign dates: September 30, 2026 to October 15, 2026
- Application deadline: October 15, 2026
- Selected institutions notified: by October 17, 2026
- Training and launch: by October 31, 2026
- Pilot duration: Fall and Winter semesters
- Availability: three participating institutions

### Who this pilot is for

Our primary audience is senior leaders at community colleges, career colleges, and state universities, including:

- Presidents, Provosts, and Vice Presidents Academic
- Vice Presidents of Enrollment and Student Success
- Registrars and Senior Registrars
- Directors of CPL, PLA, and Credit Mobility
- Workforce Development and Continuing Education leaders

Priority institutions are those seeking sustainable revenue growth, improved adult learner recruitment and retention, and greater operational efficiency.

### The problem ArchieCPL solves

Many institutions recognize the strategic value of prior learning but struggle to turn Credit for Prior Learning into an effective enrollment and student-success strategy.

Traditional CPL processes are often manual, time-consuming, and difficult for prospective students to navigate. Staff spend substantial time gathering evidence, coordinating faculty reviews, and mapping learning outcomes.

As a result, institutions can struggle to scale CPL, and adult learners may not discover how their existing skills and experience can count toward a credential.

ArchieCPL addresses these challenges by making prior-learning recognition faster, more accessible, and easier to manage.
