Support & Services
How we engage customers today
We are a small team (11–50 people, headquartered in Toronto). Customers typically start working with us through a free demo.
Our single, consistent entry point on our website is the Get free demo call to action, which books a working session directly with our founder and CEO, Matt Foran. That demo is not just a sales call: it is where we scope the customer’s workforce problem, recommend which of our products fits, and line up implementation.
We do not publish tiers, pricing, or standard service packages on our public site. Every engagement is scoped after the demo.

If you have a non-demo question, our general inbox is hello@knowmeq.com and our listed phone line is 416.831.2541 (Toronto).
Our product portfolio (what you are buying support for)
We currently sell three products. Which one(s) you license shapes the kind of support you can expect.
- ArchieCPL — our AI-accelerated Credit for Prior Learning (CPL) tool. It processes prior-learning applications ~50× faster than manual review and is built for colleges and education providers.
- Product page: https://www.knowmeq.com/archie-cpl
- SkillsAssessorAQ — a suite of workforce skills assessments that produces an Adaptability Quotient (AQ) score across functional, foundational, and adaptability domains. Benchmarking aligns to OECD international standards.
- Product page: https://www.knowmeq.com/skillsassessoraq
- CareerRecommender — an AI career, education, and training recommender that takes a résumé upload and returns matched careers, study options, and likely application success.
- Product page: https://www.knowmeq.com/careerrecommender
Our programs are delivered to three customer segments:
- Governments & Public Sector
- Companies & Private Sector
- Colleges & Education Sector
Each segment can purchase any of the three products.
Customer-success and account management
We do not currently publish a named customer-success manager model, named account team, or named support contact on our public site.
Our public post-sale relationship is anchored by the founder-led demo motion and ongoing email correspondence through hello@knowmeq.com.
What we can confirm publicly: each enterprise engagement is led through a direct line to leadership rather than a tier-1 support queue.
For larger partnerships, we have run co-delivered programs alongside industry partners—for example, our 2024 manufacturing program with NGen’s Future Ready initiative, in which 900+ employees across 115 manufacturers completed Skills for Success assessments through us.
Training and onboarding delivery
We position ourselves as a workforce upskilling partner, so “training” shows up in two distinct senses:
- Training our customers use: SkillsAssessorAQ and CareerRecommender are themselves assessment and training-recommendation tools. We help customers use them to upskill their employees and students.
- Training we deliver to customers: We do not currently publish a training catalog, learning paths, video library, or certification program for customer-side administrators and end users (for example: HR leads, admissions staff, program managers). How we onboard each customer’s administrators and end users—whether onsite, remote live, asynchronous video, or written documentation—is not stated publicly.
If you are evaluating us, please ask about onboarding format during the demo, because that is the stage we scope it.
Knowledge base and self-serve documentation
We do not link to a public help center, support portal, FAQ, or knowledge base from our main website. There is no embedded help widget, no docs subdomain, and no in-product help link visible on our product or marketing pages.
For reference and research material, we publish a small set of longer-form assets:
- International White Paper on Credit for Prior Learning (Fall 2025, funded by ONCAT) — downloadable from our home page: https://www.knowmeq.com/
- ArchieCPL White Paper (Mar 2025): https://cdn.prod.website-files.com/654aa17c874279ed6ec93615/67d0982016767a7270634990_KnowMeQ%20WhitePaper%20Document_en-US.pdf
- Industry press release on the NGen manufacturing study: https://www.knowmeq.com/knowmeq-study-finds-canadian-manufacturing-workforce-below-international-competency-standards
These are reference documents, not a customer knowledge base.
Performance analytics and reporting
Our products are themselves analytics products:
- SkillsAssessorAQ runs skill-level measurement across a workforce and surfaces Adaptability Quotient scores.
- ArchieCPL turns CPL applications into structured outputs with credit eligibility already assessed.
- CareerRecommender produces match scores on résumés.
We do not publicly describe a “performance analytics dashboard” feature, a customer-facing reporting portal, an SLA-style metrics dashboard, or a shareable reporting cadence on our website. Whether each customer account gets a dashboard, scheduled reports, an exports API, or ad-hoc analyst support is not stated on the public site.
Support channels, SLAs, and hours
We do not publish support channels, ticket severity definitions, target first-response times, or hours of operation on our public site.
The channels we have referenced publicly are:
- Demo/intro: https://calendly.com/matt-foran-knowmeq-sm
- General contact: hello@knowmeq.com
- Phone (Toronto): 416.831.2541
